Not just that -- they actually have two stomachs -- the cardiac stomach is the one that's everted, does it's digesting, then it slurps up the digesto-juice and pumps it into the pyloric stomach, where more digestificating takes place.

I only know this because I dissected a starfish on Monday. It was interesting.
