Okay, I was mostly just shaking my head at this person until I hit the part where Kieran talking in Iavaian became Harry talking in Parseltongue, and then I couldn't keep back the giggle flood.

I bet she's really pleased with how she's adapted the original to her Potterverse. Iavaian becomes Parseltongue! Explosives become spells! An empathic link becomes... some vague, unexplained sort of link thingy! Ohhhh, she's just so clever, isn't it awesome what a genius she is~!

I dunno, I just watched an ep of Community with mostly-completely-naked Joel McHale in it. I don't think anything else will bother me now.

But yeah, reading through this lolfest has reminded me of how excellent and also hot GE is. And also that there continue to be more reasons to avoid y!gallery. That's ok though, 'cause I got this fine webzine wherein one of my favorite authors can be found. *rubs up against the internet*

Actually, y!gal is kind of awesome, and you can tell because this didn't explode in drama over there. It's full of people who are interested in and open about a lot of things, not just a shared interest in gay porn, and they all tend to be cool with each other.

Oh, it's got its good parts, for sure, or I wouldn't have an account. I think my biggest problem is the site layout/design; the community seems to be what keeps it going strong.

imo, it's kind of not cool to be alright with plagiarism and especially so from another person in that community with the lifter being THE Admin. Even with a solid community, this honestly shouldn't just be swept quietly under the rug and kept as the family secret.
