With your mom - just try to be honest with her and explain why you want your aunt to go - make it "because you're so busy, and its not really a big deal so I don't want to bother you with it" and so on, play it down you know? :)

things actually turned out good, mom got upset because apparently my aunt wont do these kind of things with her own kids so mom got mad about it

haha my mother is ace like that. She wont do anything with me, but all her nieces are the greatest things every. Some people just can't deal with their own kids I guess. I am a "sugar them up, have fun, then send them home for their mom to deal with" person myself, so I totally get it :D
