I mean, as someone who works in health care, and with some people who do have mental health issues, I can tell you that pressing on a scar on the palm of your hand is not an effective long term solution for hallucinations Hallucifer, especially given all the additional stressors Sam has in his life at the moment. Now, if it is all Hallucifer, I do think they handled the episode well, and I also hope it is not a quick and easy solution.
