He saw the winged man approaching, and looked for somewhere to hide, almost in fear. There was a power emanating from this one, and what of it was just emotion and how much of it was real.
He let out a weak giggle, covering his mouth. He was nervous, he couldn't help himself. While part of him knew it was a foolish wish, he almost wished the angel hadn't heard.
And then he wondered if he subconsciously wished he had.

Wings flicked in irritation, and Nenael thought that as long as he was out, he should ... do his job. Talk to people. "Evening," he said curtly as he studied the man. He wondered if this was one of the new ones they were due to receive, or if he'd been here for a while and the angel had simply missed him in his wanderings.

He shook his head violently to clear it, forcing the thoughts away. No violence among the other violent people, he scolded himself. That got him into trouble.
Unless, of course, it was willing. He grinned.
"Evening!" he singsonged, moving toward the other in his haphazard way, grinning like a fool. "Tory," he said pointing to himself before he grinned wider. He'd gotten it right! The first time! He was very proud of himself.
...Hadn't he? Now he wasn't sure. He frowned thoughtfully.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Tory," he said instead. "Enjoying your time here in Riverfell?"
It was funny how he could be diplomatic despite his anger, his sorrow, the hollow feeling inside of him that the lack of Sylar's presence had left.
