Kids are Evil

I'm playing devil's advocate for gratuitous sex and violence in movies (TV too to some extent though it's harder to defend). They're worried that it'll warp kids, so I'm taking the stance on those disturbing images being culturally beneficial. My prof said I should play devil's advocate for film and tv, defending all those horrible images you see and backing them up with some benefits. The benefits are almost as questionable as the negative effects, aside for a few. Surprisingly enough, the battle over Naked Lunch is entirely relevant.

The blog makes me feel bad. She's really caught up in her idea of an adult life. Makes me think she's really ignored. In fact the first entry perfectly supports that she's neglected.
