Non-humans should start reverting to their normal selves this week. Everyone will be normal by Friday. The 'lucid dreams' also will stop.
The sky has become its normal sky-blue and it will be sunny and warm until the end of the summer, unless something comes up.
The nebula in the sky has grown brighter, about the size of a dime held at arm's length.
There is now a large, square clearing in the Jungle. It is set up as a large chessboard that seems to play itself every other hour. When your character steps onto an empty square, nothing happens. However, if they step onto a square, whether in the middle of a game or not, they are immediately clothed in a costume of the piece whose square they've stepped onto. The person is stuck playing in the game, able to make their own decisions following the rules of chess, until it ends. A character taken out in the middle of the game is knocked out for two hours and will awake outside the chessboard.
