WHEN: TONIGHT. WHERE: THEIR BED.totaldrama_kingDecember 13 2009, 05:01:48 UTC
Pieces of paper were scattered across Tamaki's floor. After they finished cutting the tree, Tamaki had decorated the tree they collected. He wanted to finish hanging the other decorations throughout the house but he had to finish the invitations Rei needed. He was excited for Christmas. All the celebration was fun for Tamaki. He still needed to get presents for Rei and Haruhi. ...Haruhi. Tamaki paused for a minute. He had been running around a bit and hadn't gotten the chance to talk to her

Haruhi wanted to jump back as soon as he opened the door, but found that she couldn't. She didn't dwell on the thought, and blamed it on her own hesitation, so she brushed the initial reaction aside. Instead she poked her head inside his room a little. It was a miracle that she'd never been in it before... but then again, did she ever have a reason to be there in the first place
( ... )
"The invitations?" Tamaki took a quick glance over his shoulder at the mess he hid. "I had been working on them but I would be happy if you helped me." He smiled to Haruhi. "I'm sure they would be even better if we worked together."
With a soft chuckle, Tamaki went to take a step back but found that he couldn't move backwards. His eyes followed where Haruhi was looking. At once, Tamaki felt his stomach sink to his stomach. When did that get there? He asked himself. Once again, Tamaki tried to step away but there was something holding him back. "...Sorry." He said, staring at his feet.
"What are you apologizing for? It's not your fault," she told him in a flat voice. Actually, she blamed herself this time. She should have known that there would be mistletoe at his door. She should have known that they'd end up under it if he answered his door.
Her stomach felt like it was twisting into knots. She had heard about this magical mistletoe around the city and through the journals. If her memory served her correctly, the only way out of this was to kiss. Kissing under the mistletoe was tradition, after all.
She tried taking the step back she initially wanted to take in the first place and couldn't. Crap.
She looked up at him, a slight blush spreading across her cheeks. "I think that the only way out of this, I mean from what I've heard, is to k... k... kiss. I mean, not like, you know... like really kiss..." Her eyes drifted to the side and then she looked down at her feet too
