"No. This is Rivelata," she said mechanically. This one was not from the same world as she was. This time, Rico turned to look at the others. This certainly was not a good place for peace and quiet. This where all newcomers arrive, she noted.

She sensed no malice in any of the people present, but she refused to drop her guard. It would be wise of her to take observe the people in the area. And that was exactly what she did.

Tsubaki sighed, walking slowly through the city. Both Maka-chan and Soul-kun had been fighting again. She had taken some time to make an extra pizza for them from Lelouch-san's pizzeria, but they had already left by the time she had gotten home so now she was out looking for them. Taking a chance, she decided to head toward the docks-- and then heard him.

Without thinking, her feet were already in motion, speeding past the closest bystanders and running straight toward the beach.

Black Star!! Could it really be-- had he come back!? Please... please let him have come back!, she thought, her mind full of pleads and possibilities.

Tsubaki quickly reached the beach, her hair trailing out behind her. "Black Star!" Tsubaki called, almost desperately. She could see his profile, his hair sticking out like a bright blue sun, and her eyes watered with helpless joy.

He had been with her before, in the beginning... but then he had left. Even though she knew (not hoped), that he hadn't left on purpose, it still... hurt. Everyone had ( ... )

Another arrival. Each person seemed to recognize the other. All the more reason to keep surveillance over them for the time being. Groups were often most suspicious. She had bounced back a few lines with this "Black Star", which was permission enough for her to remain in their presence. Now, she was a bystander. She had free reign to observe each of them without appearing too suspicious.

Maka finally made it to where Black Star was, panting for breath, but she was there. She couldn't believe this -- they'd searched for weeks to find him, and he just turns up on the Beach? Maybe it wasn't the same Black Star(Maka was well aware how this island worked, and how it liked to pull people from various times), but it didn't make any difference that this was still him. Maybe in fifteen minutes he would be back to annoying the fuck out of Maka, but right now that wasn't anywhere on her mind.

When Black Star called out Soul's name before her own, she visibly twitched, but she didn't look around just yet. Hopefully(not for her sake, but, rather, Souls'), he had not followed her. Not that there would really be much evidence proving it.

She looked up at him when he asked if this was Italy, and she almost deadpanned at him. Was he that daft? Did this look like Italy? She didn't dwell on it, because he was back. "This isn't Italy, Black Star. It's Rivelata, like..." She glanced at Rico, realizing she'd never seen the girl before, " ( ... )

Soul followed, grinning broadly. It never bothered him, of course, as he neared, that Black Star had said his friend's name before Maka. With a wave, he jogged to where the boy was, turning to notice Tsubaki before looking back at his friend.

Weeks in the jungle, the city, every high place (low, too, on the off chance he'd been there for whatever reason) and here he was. It almost seemed... ironic, as if fate was spitting on them. Which, given their track record with fate and its spitting, wouldn't be too much of a stretch. Soul held up his arm for a bump. "Took you long enough, man."

Maka had already given him the short of Rivelata. It meant he didn't have to explain everything all over again, which was good. Ah... he didn't know this other girl though, the quiet one. His red eyes flashed over to her quickly, "Soul." As if a name was supposed to explain itself.

[ooc: XD You're doing fine. ♥]
