Yuuri approached hesitantly, not wanting to appear rude. He didn't know what the occasion was for a meal, but Conrad was probably keeping that a secret.

The soldier was dressed up, and Yuuri looked at his school uniform a little awkwardly. He hadn't know it was going to be this formal.

"Hey," he offered, smiling even though he was unsure. "You put a lot of effort into this, huh?"

Conrad turned around, facing his lover with a gentle smile on his lips. "Hello there stranger." He walked over and leaned in to give Yuuri a kiss. "I missed you this morning. And yes, I did. It´s Easter next day and I learned that this feast is good to bring people together."

It was a good thing that Yuuri was the first one here, otherwise, he might have been more embarrassed. Instead, he kissed back, gently, hands resting on Conrad's sides.

"Easter..." Vaguely, he remembered that it was a Western holiday, but Conrad had spent time in America, so he probably knew more about it. He looked past Conrad at the setup. "What kind of food?"

Uh, is it okay to jump in now? theflexiblecat April 16 2009, 20:50:37 UTC
Eiji made his way to the Animal clinic, the place where Conrad mentioned there would be a party. He'd been to lots of parties but this was different. After all, he would be partying with people he was not too familiar with yet. But then, maybe that's because he always spent his time with Oishi, Fuji, Saeki and Ochibi. He was too happy about them being here (most especially Oishi) like in some sort of vacation. But then reality came back to remind him. This was not an island vacation, this was being dragged forcefully to a strange isolated island where magic and creatures only dreamed of in fantasy were tangible ( ... )

Conrad had moved away from his king and lover as he heard somebody approaching.

An unfamiliar shock of hair came in sight and Conrad smiled at the newcomer. "Welcome, I´m Conrad. I´m happy that you could make it."

((ooc: I think maybe the others want a posting order. I will give one to make it simpler for them to jump in when they want: Conrad, Yuuri, Eiji, Tamaki, Kyouya and if Gwendal wants then Gwendal.))

Before he could knock on the door, it was already opened by a tall man with brown hair. He introduced himself as Conrad, the one Eiji was supposed to be looking for.

He replied, "U-um... It's nothing nya. Thank you for inviting me!"

Tamaki was excited about having tea and being with others... when he had first agreed to it. Of course, he was delighted to have been invited by this man, Conrad. To be invited to a party was such a kind offer. Tamaki would have to find a way to thank him. The only thing that bothered him was when he agreed to it, he believed that he loved Kyouya. And so did this Conrad fellow. At once, Tamaki's face turned red. Conrad said that his lover would be joining him. It sounded like a date. Just the thought of his foolish act from that stupid event embarassed Tamaki.

He had been able to convince Kyouya to join him coming here only because he had told him that he already agreed to it. Besides that, they had barely talked to each other.

Tamaki knocked softly on the door to the Clinic before entering. He peeked his head in to see that Conrad was speaking to a man Tamaki had never met. He waited to see what he wanted him to do.

Conrad excused himself for a minute by Eiji and walked over to Tamaki to greet him.

"Hello and welcome. Thank you for taking up my invitation. I´m Conrad." He tilted his head and gave the blond a charming smile.

"I guess you are Tamaki?"

Tamaki smiled happily, nodding to Conrad. "Yes, I am. And thank you for inviting me. The pleasure is all mine. I am glad that there are still new people I can become good friends with. It is nice to meet you, Conrad." He bowed his head.

He then glanced around, turning his head back and forth. "May I ask where we sit?"

"You can choose your place. I didn´t set up name tags. I thought like this it would be simpler to make contact with new people." Conrad gestured to the covered table.

There were enough places free. "May I introduce you, the young man over there is Yuuri, my lover and the other youth is Eiji. He is a guest like you."

Sorry for the delay~! ^^;; theshadowkingu April 20 2009, 21:49:10 UTC
Mulling over the impending event, Kyouya made his way to the animal clinic, the designated meeting place of the gathering Tamaki had inadvertently agreed to attend. It was true that it was not entirely Suou’s fault. After all, he-… no, both of them had been cursed at the time, and had certainly been far from their right minds. Even so, Kyouya couldn’t completely dismiss the fact that agreeing to things was but one of Tamaki’s many natural inclinations; whether Suou was cursed or his normal self, it was not unreasonable to believe that he’d be attending something else for his friend’s sake anyway. He tried to make himself feel grateful that it was just a tea party, and not some ostentatious extravaganza ( ... )

Conrad excused himself from his other guests and personally greeted Kyouya. "Good day, you must be Kyouya. I can remember that we talked already at your arrival on the island. I´m happy that you found your friend again. Welcome to our humbled home and I hope you will enjoy the afternoon together." He stepped to the side and gestured to the covered table and the other guests.

"You see Tamaki is already there and the other youth with the red hair is Eiji. The black haired boy beside him is Yuuri, my lover and now we miss only Gwendal. But I think he will come later. With you here we can start the tea party." Conrad stopped his well prepared speech and gave his guest the chance to speak up himself.

Hehe... sorry 'bout that, too~ >w<;; theshadowkingu April 23 2009, 01:03:50 UTC
Seeing his former acquaintance approach him without delay, Kyouya stopped to greet the man. Tea ceremonies were most often formal affairs, though this one didn't seem quite like the traditional ones he was familiar with in Japan. Regardless, he had come dressed for the occasion; a vanilla-white tuxedo garnished his slim form, a vibrant, single-shaded tie contrasting with the soft colour of the dress shirt beneath. His dark-eyed gaze shifted to survey the table to which his host had gestured, immediately noting his blonde friend. After committing the names and faces of the other guests to memory, he looked back at Conrad, and spoke mildly.

"Thank you, Mr. Weller. We appreciate the invitation."

Kyouya cast another glance in Tamaki's direction, but did not move to take a seat. Courteous of his host, he waited for further instruction.

"Conrad is just fine. Mr. Weller was my father and I´m only 125 years old," Conrad chuckled and gestured to the table. "Feel at home. Mingle with the other guest, I will look for the coffee." Conrad bowed and excused himself by Kyouya.

Sorry for the delay, assume time has passed? knitter_gwen April 22 2009, 20:49:11 UTC
It had taken awhile to convince himself to come down and join the party. He honestly wasn't sure what he would do with himself there. Perhaps sit quietly and listen? He'd done it before and it was never boring. Granted, people could exasperate him at times, but he wasn't above just sitting and staying quiet.

It looked like that's what he would be doing for now, either was that or suffer Conrart pestering him later. Gwendal made his way down the stairs, a simple vest and shirt on with dark pants and boots. Soon, he was outside, shutting the door gently behind him.

"Please excuse my being late," Gwendal said, bowing his head slightly. "I hope I didn't keep anyone waiting."

Conrad stepped out of the kitchen right behind his brother. "No, need to be sorry. We just started. Thank you for joining us, Gwen. Please take a seat; the cake, coffee and tea are ready."

Gwendal nodded, though he wasn't very hungry just yet. He'd take a dessert piece later. For now, he sat down next to Kyouya at the table.

Conrad smiled and stood at the head of the table. He knocked on the table to get everyones attention.

"Hello and welcome, thank you very much that you all have follow my invitation. I hope we will have a nice afternoon together. Please, feel free to eat and to drink, and to talk with each other. It´s always nice to meet new people and maybe future new friends."

Conrad bowed and sat down beside Yuuri.
