She was hidden in the edge of the forest, black uniform and blonde hair. With silver eyes, there was a minor chance he would see her, but the Claymore knew intricacies of stealth after seven years, hidden.

He was fast. Clare had her ability to go faster, but... that brought up painful memories. She shoved them away, her calm face watching the boy speeding past, eyes keeping up with his movements. He was human, she could tell, but a fast one.

Pity. She could learn nothing. Still, the brown hair, the determination, everything piled up. The rebel stayed, watching silently in the shadows under the tree.

What was Raki like now, these seven years later?

Rico continued to survey the area as often as she could. The island was expansive, and it would benefit her in the future if she understood it more. Rico was about to go to work, but the American football field attracted her. Only a few Italians took part in this violent sport, and she'd never watched it before, yet it sent a wave of nostalgia through her. It was something from her home planet. It was something she had seen before. Before she knew it, she had stepped onto the field. She scanned the area, noticing the young man lying on the ground. Her grip on her violin case tightened instinctively as she moved toward the figure.

Once her eyes met his, she asked, "Are you all right?"

Sena didn't notice Clare- if he did, he definitely would have been freaked out- people staring at him for no apparent reason tended to scare him. He did however, notice Rico when she stepped into his range of vision. The fact that he didn't notice her before hand probably didn't bode well for his perceptive skills.

Sena blinked and looked up at the girl as he moved into a sitting position. She looked about his age, he figured and he inwardly relaxed. He was more comfortable with people his age or younger than adults after all.

He smiled sheepishly and rubbed the back of his head.

"Yeah, I'm fine. I was just resting a bit after training so..."

He trailed off as he laughed nervously, embarassed.

"Training?"
That word caused her to remember so much about her home. It was so comfortable there. It wasn't full of strangers like this place was.

Rico quickly turned around, facing the forest. She saw something from the corner of her eye. Something was there. Was someone watching them? Rico turned back to the boy, but kept her ears alert. If she confirmed that someone was there, she would immediately leave to inspect the area. But for now...

"What are you training for?"

"For American Football and to keep up my own speed," Sena explained. "Just because most of my team back are still back home doesn't mean I have to stop with my own training."

Curious, Sena followed Rico's gaze to the forest but saw nothing.

Was it a Shadharvar or something? Sena wondered to himself.
