"Unhand me, you brute! I can't walk perfectly fine on my own."
Belle pulled against the guard who was holding her arm and escorting her off the boat. Apparently, she hadn't picked herself and her belongings up quite fast enough for their liking and they were in a terrible hurry that day. Maybe there were more important things to be done, but that still gave them no right to mistreat her like that. Why, one would think that all men acted liked Gaston! And just how had she ended up on that boat anyway?
She was supposed to be saving her father. He was sick - he could be dying.
D willingly stepped out of the ship and into the open air. It was awkward having a human body again, having spent almost fifty seven years without one. He had legs. He couldn't float anymore. Nonetheless, he was excited: he was convinced he was in heaven. Once he took in the the scenery, however, he doubted it. Angels? No. Puffy white clouds? No. Of course, heaven probably wouldn't look that way, but D doubted even more that it would look like this.
Well. Great. This was great. This was just everything she needed, wasn't it? No Greece, no Hades, no Wonderboy to search down. Oh, no. This was much better. This was Megara stranded in a place she had never seen before, and surrounded by people babbling and bubbling over with various amounts of concern.
"Way to go, Meg." She paused, and shrugged off the hand that had grabbed her shoulder. She turned her head sharply to the side to glare up at him. "Hands off, buster. Does it look like my legs aren't working? Give a girl a break." Begrudgingly, she moved away from him and toward the edge of the deck, where she gazed out on the strange island with wide, curious eyes, and suddenly felt a pang of suspicion. However she ended up here, so far from Greece, Hades not making some grand, flourishing appearance to set the boat aflame was curious. He should have been here by now.
Aly blinked when it came into dock. Now, there was an ungentlemanly guard. She'd have to report him to the dock manager later. Still she waved cheerfully at the new arrivals coming off the boat. Two pretty women and a little boy. "Welcome to Rivelata!" She called to them, dutifully. "You've just arrived on this boat from your world."
The blond-but-not-really giggled, adjusting the basket on her hip. "You can get a journal from the guards, and that lets you write to everyone else in the city who has one." She paused, appearing to think, and frowned, "You all probably think I'm crazy, huh?"

"Where is this?" he asked no one in particular.

"This is just wonderful."
