Shaking his head, Mithos softly padded to his door and opened it, seeing Haru on the other side with a box.
"...Yes?" He managed to ask, somewhat politely. Haru was a minion at best and a nuisance at worst (his minion and nuisance, of course-- people would pay if they thought they could boss around what was his), but he didn't yet have the power he needed to reveal his true form and being, and politeness was just another veil he could hide under, if only slightly.

"Here's your christmas present! I'm so sorry it's late but it was really hard knitting it and I'm really, really sorry but I hope you like it anyway," she blubbered.
If asked later, she would completely deny that she ever blubbered - she was Miura Haru, after all! Why would she ever be so worried about giving anyone a gift.
But then again, this was the first time she had trouble making friends with someone who also lived under the same roof she did. Sure, there was Gokudera-san before, but underneath it all, Haru did genuinely consider Gokudera a friend(and how could she not when he was one of the few who realised how amazing Tsuna-san was?) even if she fought with him every second of the day.
She flushed slightly when she realised she had blabbered on for too long and her jaw clicked shut and she held out the present again for the boy(who was actually younger than her, she realised in surprise) to take.

"Do you need anything else?" Mithos said roughly, his child voice catching in the middle. His face beginning to burn with humiliation, Mithos swallowed and continued, blue eyes never looking down.

"It's not because you need it," Haru frowned. "It's a gift! Take it already!"
Apparently, Mithos was as socially retarded as she first expected. Honestly, everyone knew it was at least, a polite thing to do to accept gifts, no matter how humble or bashful you were.
