A child alone in Rivelata was no light concern of hers, having full knowledge of the evil that lingered in the city, waiting in the darkness. While their presence had dulled, it hadn't disappeared. Still, it lingered, like a flickering flame in the wind. There was no telling what, if anything, would happen to the boy if he remained alone, and Nuala was not willing to wait around and find out.

After depositing her journal on the bedside desk, she grabbed her embroidered coin purse from the small drawer within it and left her room, locking the door safely behind her. From where she'd been staying, the walk to the docks was a short one, and within a matter of minutes, she had arrived and began to search for the boy.

It did not take long. Ciel stood out amongst the others,and she approached him calmly, her lips curved into a gentle, welcoming smile. "Master Ciel?"

Megaman, who hadn't found long-term housing yet anyway, had taken to patrolling the city day and night. Being a robot, he didn't have to sleep, and there was no need to recharge for the simple reason that he had no way to. So he decided to make use of the energy he had and patrol - at least until Winry set up a proper recharging schedule for him.

And when Ciel made his entry, he decided to wander down to the docks, curiosity and duty prompting him to take a look at the new arrivals and made sure they got settled peacefully. He spotted the pale Princess he'd seen talking to Ciel and walked over, intrigued. He'd never seen anyone like her before!

...Well, that went for most people in Rivelata, but still.

"Hello!" He said, greeting the both of them with a wave. It wasn't Megaman's duty to welcome the newcomers, but it only felt right, and it was courteous besides. "And welcome to Rivelata!"

By that time, Ciel had turned to face the water, watching as the boat sailed further and further away, disappearing over the edge of the horizon. He rested a hand on his cane which, thankfully had survived the journey, and sighed to himself. How long would it be before he could leave this place? Ciel was unsure.

However, a different distraction was provided when he heard the soft voice of a woman call his name. Ciel turned to look over his shoulder, then fully spun around, his shoes clicking against the wood of the dock. "Greetings, Princess." Ciel bowed his head slightly, shoulders following a bit. She was royalty, it seemed, and deserved a bit more of a bow than the average noble.

It was only when Ciel straightened up that he saw the boy who claimed to be a robot. Ciel was still skeptical about that, but this would provide him with the opportunity to investigate matters further.

As the boy bowed, Nuala nodded her head in respect, and canted it slightly to the side as yet another boy joined the small group. The more, the better, perhaps, though she couldn't recall having seen the other before. Had he just arrived, as well?

"Hello," she replied with a quiet chuckle, raising a hand to her lips. "I'm glad to find you both in good health. Especially you, Master Ciel. Because you've been here before, your manor should be in the same condition your previous self left it...." She paused, and looked in the direction of the manor, furrowing her brow. "Whether or not your riches have also been left behind is a mystery to me. Perhaps one of your former caretakers will know."

She gestured toward The White Bun Cafe, though it remained completely invisible to the naked eye this far out to the island's boundaries, and then turned to the other young boy. How strange he looked. "Might you care to join us at The White Bun Cafe, ah.... What is your name?"

"I'm Megaman," he said, and he couldn't help but bow to the Princess this time. It only felt right. Looking up, he was glad he'd come. The Princess didn't look like the type to be able to defend herself, and the boy looked the same way. And from what he'd heard of the place, they would need an escort.

"Thanks for the invitation, but I don't eat food," he explained. "I'd be glad to walk you both there, though! Nothing like company when you're new to a place!"

Not that, you know, his arm cannon worked yet, but he could try anyway.
