WHAT: A battle to set things right.
WHERE: The beach
WHEN: Day 222, at sundown
Yuuko left the house without a word to anyone. She knew where she could find him. She had no doubt that he was spending a great deal of time training now that his powers had returned, thanks to Rikku's crystal. She paused for a moment to reflect on why she was doing this. She normally remained aloof, no matter how she felt, remaining on the sidelines and influencing events gently when it was required of her. She had a reason to move this time, though. Rikku wished for her crystal back. Yuuko would grant her wish.
She was not really dressed for battle, but her other clothes were no more appropriate for physical combat. She had tucked her journal into her obi. She had to have it near should she need help after the fight, and it would hopefully also shield her body from some of his attacks. She carried her two tessen with her. The large iron fans would be the best weapons for her to use against him and his cards.
She reached the beach, and was proved correct. He was there again. She approached him silently and stopped a dozen paces away from him, just as she had the last time they had met there. She would not attack him until he made the first move.
