Laguna ran to the forest as fast as he could. So here is where Kiros had been all this time? He had gotten worried when no responses had been coming in and then people had started calling him for help. He caught sight of Seifer but then just ahead of him was Kiros.

He ran faster, ahead of Seifer, and skidded to his knees, glomping his friend. "I was so worried! Where have you been!? How's your head? Maybe it was the snakes? What do you remember last?"

Seifer, walking a little further away from the other two, replied in a very reluctant and non-chalant tone. "Wouldn't be here without me, eh? Heh."

Kiros sighed, clinging on to Laguna and feeling a little embarrassed about it.

"Seifer, be nice," Laguna said, approaching the house. "And can you get the door?"

[kissmygunblade]

"Yeah, go ahead President, treat me like some servant. Why not?" Rolling his eyes in an amused fashion, Seifer unlocked the door and, shaking his head, went straight to his room.

[seagill]

"Thank you, Seifer!" Kiros called after him and then struggled to get off of Laguna.

"Hey, hey hey! You could have just told me," Laguna set Kiros down. "I could have dropped you!"

[seagill]

"I'm nimble. I'm sure I could have rolled...," Kiros smiled then winced, putting a hand to his forehead.

[prez_leg_cramp]

"Hey, take it easy," Laguna replied, placing his hand on Kiros's shoulder. "C'mon, lie down, I think I may have something for your headache."

Laguna walked into the kitchen to look for the herbal medicine he wanted, locating it in a few moments.

After visiting Dr. Cuddy, Laguna had decided that looking into the different herbal medicines may not be so bad, considering the level of technology and all (not to mention he didn't trust some of the doctors in Esthar half the time anyway) and managed to find, at the local store, an oil made of lavender and peppermint. It helped with headaches and things like that.

Coming back from the kitchen, he set the little bottle of the essential oil down. "Wanna try it? It works pretty well."

"I.. I suppose so. What is it?"

Laguna smiled and opened the bottle, "It's lavender and peppermint oil."

The strong smell of peppermint was already out of the bottle and Laguna pour a couple drops on his fingertip, rubbing it with a finger from his other hand. Leaning down, he massaged it gently onto Kiros's temples, briefly stopping to add a touch more so Laguna could also massage his forehead.

"It should work pretty fast," he commented idly.

He closed his eyes and concentrated on relaxing and feeling the touch of Laguna's fingers. He sighed. "Laguna..," he murmured the name.

"Hm?" Laguma hummed, taking his fingers away once the oil was rubbed in and threading them through Kiros's.

"That feels nice. ... Are we alone?"

[prez_leg_cramp]

"Uh, yeah, why?"

[seagill]

"I just... feel like being alone with you right now," he gace Laguna a small smile.
