Harley squealed as she snapped her journal shut and bounded off down the road to her new house. FINALLY, she met someone who could actually have some fun! Robbing the diamond store was a ball, sure, but... doing it alone just wasn't the same. Mr. J was a big meanie sometimes but damn, did he know how to pull off a heist. Harley had to admit, though, she always did like working with Ivy better... but she would never mention it to Mr. J. He just wouldn't understand. It's a girl thing.
She soon arrived at the house and literally bounced up the stairs and crashed into Rikku's room.
"HI!" she exclaimed, immediately flopping down on the bed without waiting for an invitation to come in. "I'm Harley! ... ooh pretty room," she said, looking around, wide-eyed.
Rikku squealed in surprise when the other female bounded into her room, barely having enough time to pull her legs up to her chest before Harley jumped onto her bed. Not knowing what else to say, she giggled, waving her hand quickly back and forth in welcome. "Hey! I'm Rikku!" She exclaimed excitedly, giggling again.
"And thanks! I haven't had time to do much with it, sadly, but its about as home-y as I can get it." The blonde female explained, her head nodding quickly.
"Well, it's not like this place has any decent decorating stuff anyway," Harley sniffed. She already missed the comforts of her own place and Rivelata wasn't exactly big on the bright colours or loud decorations.
"So! You're a thief, huh?" Might as well get right to the point! "Whaddya like to steal? I'm partial to things that sparkle," Harley grinned, wiggling her fingers in front of Rikku's face. She had been debating whether or not to sell the diamonds, and now that you needed money in this place it was looking like a good idea, but there was no way she was parting with this ring. Pink, big, and incredibly gaudy; just the way she liked it.
Rikku giggled, her green eyes watching her fingers, and the ring. She shook her head, shrugging her shoulders. What did she steal? Anything!
"Well, anything! Before I got here, my friends and I were sphere hunters! There was these little spheres, with memories, scenes, or events. They're really awesome!" She explained, grinning happily. "But, as far as I know, there isn't any of those here." She pouted, crossing her arms.
"Ooooooooh!" Harley marveled. Sphere hunters?! Jeez... sounded pretty important. Harley had to admit, she was a little jealous. Sure, she had stolen some pretty nice things in her times, but never anything ~magical~ like that. 'I bet if I got one 'a those for Mr. J he woulda taken me back in a second' she thought.
Harley scrunched her nose up a little bit. "Yeah, this place is lacking in a lot of things... BUT! They do have other stuff worth takin' a look at. Antiques, jewelery, crystals... you see anythin' interesting since you've been here?"
