Wherefore art thou clothing... and candy? (Closed, Incomplete)

WHERE: In front of the candy shop (assuming it is not destroyed...)

After shutting his journal closed for the time being, he finally set off to check out what happened during all the fires. Well mainly it was just an excuse to find out what happened to the candy shop, but he could always check out what happened to the shops too. Hopefully it wasn't as bad was everyone described it as...

Kero swiftly flew through the street, noticing how some of the shops were badly destroyed. "Please don't let this happen to the candy shop!" he muttered under his breath.

After a few minutes of flying, he found the shop at last. It didn't have too many damages to it and it certainly still had many sweets left. "Thank goodness!" he sighed. Filled with relief, the bear-like guardian didn't quite see that the black haired man he'd been talking to through the journals was right besides him.

Homura started slightly at the high voice next to him and he turned. He found himself looking at a small orange plush toy with wings, and indeed the wings served its purpose. It was not hard to for Homura to quickly remember who this was.

"Well now, I didn't think you were in that much of a hurry to see if the shop survived, Kero."

Upon hearing his name, he turned around. Was this someone he knew? He quickly tried to remember the conversations he had in his journal earlier and finally remembered who it was.

"You're Homura, right?" he asked, just to make sure. Grinning at the statement he made, he answered, "Of course I was! It's the best shop around this old island! ... Not that I actually visited all the shops yet."

Homura laughed. "I see. Well, looks like there won't be any use for many of the shops really. I think the sweets, tea, clothes, and spice shops are the only shops that have survived so far."

Excluding the spice shop, the shops that survived were the shops that Kero would visit frequintely anyways. Now if only they had electricity there! Then he would finally be able to have some real fun around the island.

"What other shops would anyone need anyways?" Kero exclaimed, "Other than a games shop, that is."
