Council Preparations Will Now Commence
Many of you have called for a council. It is now my duty to Her Majesty to uphold Her wishes and answer your call for one.
Be forewarned - only a handful of you purported to be loyal to Her Majesty will be granted a voice in the council. The first step will be conducted here. I will determine who may then meet with me in person, to decide once and for all if the person in question may attend the Council and in what manner the same person will be allowed within proximity of Her Majesty.
That is to say that some of your companions may very well be adamant about your attendance, but that does not mean you will be permitted to walk freely within the palace gates.
Speak honestly. Speak clearly. Advocate your position or others, but do not waste my time.
I promise to listen, but not to yield the coveted spots on the Council for just any whimsical being.
