It most certainly is rather disconcerting having so little to do. Aside from the daily grind of life, there is little else fascinating or motivating enough to warrant extra activity.

I best hold my tongue though, lest this is the calm before the storm.

Strange, isn't it? I go out on an expedition that manifested into a wondrous, dangerous adventure only to come home and find myself dutifully chronicling it in a tome. I've weathered a storm and tamed it into a drizzle.

Would you perhaps hope for this nearby storm to venture towards us, if for the sake of upsetting this stagnant lifestyle?

Is it as exciting on paper as it was in the experience?

It's easier to just fly out to see it though and then come back, less clothing is ruined that way.
