That earthquake.. It was really a severe one. Are there many earthquakes like that one here?

I heard there's going to be a ball soon, too. Sounds like fun!

Not.. usually, just a few the past few weeks or so, I suppose...

So, it's not a usual occurence?

That's.. strange. Could it be caused by an Innocence?

I don't think so... Strange things happen on the island all the time, but as far as I can tell, it's not any kind of Innocence. I don't think there are any here aside from ours...

All these strange things are usually caused by these Gods on the island.

None, for as long as I've happened to be here, but even then, areas along tectonic lines can often go months without them.

So I've heard. If you require formal attire, I work at a clothing shop called Eagle's Splendour. I'm certain we can find something suitable for you.

I hope they'll stop soon.. It's really dangerous.

I'll drop by there sometime, Ishida-san! That's right.. I need to get myself a job, too.. It isn't nice to live off Miranda-san like that.. Ishida-san, do you know of any place with an open job opportunity?

Not as dangerous as someone's roommate practicing their kido inside the house.

That depends upon your skill set and experience.

Kido? What's that?

I'm pretty good at.. mostly, helping out with paperwork, as well as making coffee? [there's a bit of embarrassed laughter here] But I can do odd jobs, too! I'm pretty sure I could learn them, anyway.
