Good Afternoon, Citizens of Rivelata.
Perhaps you may have noticed that the Marketplace has been quite busy these last few days. The invasion of monsters has brought the island a bit of grief and some destruction still remains. However, I believe the spirits of everyone on this island deserve to be lifted. I propose a Carnival, a weeks long celebration of summer.
By all means, please do enjoy yourselves, Rivelata. Already since my arrival, this island has been through a lot. No city deserves such negativity. Let this week be a time of jubilation.
