Ok all you electricians, or so called theatre technicians, here is an idea for a multi-wrench I came up with. Please tell me if you have ever seen one and/or do you think it is a good idea before i make the prototype.
mixing everyones idea together and adding some of my own:
you could try to use the lanyard hole as the anchor for your wing nut tool(ie to not weaken the c-wrench at the middle) cause i think that if you got the long skinny slit to fit the width of the wing nut closely then you would only need one half of the wing.
then you move the clamp bolt to the middle and you move the axial up to the top. also i wouldn't put the axial rotation hole at 45 or 90 degree angles. i would put them at about a 25 degree angle, so that if it didn't line up you could turn the wrench around and then it would fit better. that is a field testing thing.
if you make millions i'd like you to buy me a drink for all my ideas
i like that idea. (having it in the profile) but you are right it is all in the testing of the product. There will have to be some field research here. And as far as drinks go. I already buy you drinks! LOL
