Yay? LOL Below is a link to an entry on AO3 that provides a list of commonly-used terms that are different in the US and UK. Should be helpful for writers on either side of the pond (British term - see what I did there?). Thanks for the link. Good list. ("Can I borrow your rubber?" would result in very different hand-offs in the US and the UK!) A list of AmE and BrE phrases is a great idea; I hope you start on that. In your ample free time, of course!

That was a great list. Now some one has to do one that translates American into British. The list explain the American words for British slang but it didn't do it the other way around. The list never mentioned that "pissed" and "rubber" mean something entirely different in American slang.
