Always a new way to lose your work

It was only about five hundred words but they were difficult words and took me several days to write (normally if I actually work I get twice or four times that in a day). I'm not sure what happened. Suddenly a couple pages of my work were highlighted and the program froze. An hour later the program was still frozen and I thought I was better off
