I'd been slacking on targeted exercises for my legs and now I'm trying to remember to catch up. It never fails when I'm not seeing a physical therapist. I feel better for a while and then I gradually relapse into a more sedentary life until something wakes me up. This time it was one of those grown-up playgrounds -- like a parcourse, but the structures for exercising are clustered together. There was a curved balance beam and I was having trouble stepping up on to it. I was surprised because I'm not having a lot of trouble going upstairs. But anyway, that's why I was reading the articles and why I'm doing a few lunges now and then.
