Well, Moher didn't come into my life till I was about thirty, but yeah, that's my dad.

I'd been slacking on targeted exercises for my legs and now I'm trying to remember to catch up. It never fails when I'm not seeing a physical therapist. I feel better for a while and then I gradually relapse into a more sedentary life until something wakes me up. This time it was one of those grown-up playgrounds -- like a parcourse, but the structures for exercising are clustered together. There was a curved balance beam and I was having trouble stepping up on to it. I was surprised because I'm not having a lot of trouble going upstairs. But anyway, that's why I was reading the articles and why I'm doing a few lunges now and then.

Thank you for asking. And has your back settled into the weather, or will you be suffering all winter?
