Apparently the CBC is ahead of most of the US news.  Only the Houston Chronicle seems prepared to report that the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the Health Care Act.

Upholding: Roberts, Sotomayor, Kagan, Breyer, Ginsburg.

Roberts wrote the decision.

I saw Roberts, and I guessed the others, mainly. I should have said "I don';t know who broke ranks:" but I should have realized it was Roberts since I saw his name on the decision.
