Is it possible to work just at Gerrish's and not at the deli? Something to consider if that's where your preferences lay.

Saying no is hard, but sometimes necessary. I've always felt that if someone has the courage to say no to you, the very least you can do is respect it. But most people don't seem to buy into that principle. Many believe that pushing people to say yes is a necessary task for success. Perhaps they're right in a pragmatic sense, but that doesn't make them any more right in a moral sense. Exploitation is wrong. Period. Though I will admit that sometimes the line between exploitation and simply pursuading someone to make what you feel is the right choice is a bit blurred.

Sorry, got into a little bit of a rant there. I'm not even sure if what I was ranting about applies to you or not. But what always applies to you is the fact that you have solidarity with us regardless of how hard life gets.

Keep kicking the crap out of life and you'll end up on top.

see, the delimma here is that I really LOVE working at the deli, its closer, easier, earlier (in the day, which means going to bed at a reasonable hour), and they NEED me (okay, so its not that they need ME just that they need competent help, and I am able to provide that) and they dont jerk me around the way that gerrish's does...and they dont pay that much because they cant afford it because they aren roxanne quimby,
anyways, the moral of the story is I cant quit either, and its because I cant say no/insult anyone/let them down. I dont want to let anyone down this summer, but I will definately be letting myself down if I dont get to bed/read don quixote like, now. so, yea, excuse the power rant.

I really am fine.
and I really do love you!
my best to the housemates!
