Sorry for the late comment! Haven't checked the comm in a while...

What a good chapter! >< Oh wow, just, the first part made me angry. XD I find the fact that England and France supported the South, and therefore the dissolution of America, during the Civil War an amazing slap in the face. People don't really expound upon it in their fics, but yeah. I can imagine that America would have a whole bunch of resentment towards those two, even if it's been over a hundred years since that war. Also, the support Russia sends is absolutely awww worthy. Amelia: I like her because she's awesome, but I hate her because she's a bitch. XD That's pretty great, if you ask me. I don't have any set theory on the Civil War, so I like fics where there's another personification that's split from America, or just America being torn in half ( ... )

Yea, my head cannon for the Civil War is that Amelia is the South! I kinda love her even though she can be a bitch sometimes. I mean, she IS part of Al after all! <3
