Last night was the Comedians of Comedy show, and it was wonderful. The bill was Patton Oswalt, Brian Posehn, Doug Benson, and Maria Bamford, but Maria wasn't there. Instead, Patton went on twice. No complaints here ( Read more... )

He wasn't high, but I'm sure he tries to act like that all the time regardless. It was alright, though 90% of it was jokes about stoners saying the darndest things.

Cool! The only comedy show I've been to was through my university during senior week, starring alumni (one is Greg Fitzsimmons, of whom I'm a big fan) I'd love to go to another one.

Awesome! You know, I looked everywhere for that magazine when it came out, but alas, it apparently wasn't being sold in my town. Do you like Doug Benson? A friend of mine keeps telling me to check him out and I... keep forgetting.

He's alright. I wouldn't go out of my way to listen to him, but he was entertaining enough. Hell of a nice guy, though.

There's apparently a new Commedians of Comedy DVD out, or coming out soon... a decent one. Not sure of the details, but I tried scamming it online and couldn't find it, so I assume it's not out yet. I'll keep looking.

And just to show how Mr Oswalt is poppin' up everywhere, here's an interview on a comic book website plugging his voice work in Ratatouille.
