The 75 is currently being used as a construction trailer and probably will be for the next 18-24 months. It is scheduled for a renovation when the new building is finished and the old building is renovated. Beyond that I really don't know what will happen to it. I know the rent won't be cheap so I doubt there will be any type of caffinated goodness in that spot ever again. As for all the fat asses in Heartside....combine a daily intake of booze, a sedentary lifestyle and the crappy free food that is given out and you've got a recipie for fat homeless people who bitch about everything. I'm so glad I'm not homeless anymore.
