brainstorming session

Apr 08, 2008 18:57

My Marketing professor assigned a group blogging project, and my group has decided to create a blog based around cheese. As in the actual food. We're calling it "Cutting the Cheese". This is either the best idea ever, or a disaster in the making.

all things considered

Oh, really? What else has happened in the world of cheese?

Well, that depends. How are your group member's actual ages when compared with their mental age? But I agree with the above comment, I would be thrilled to see the results :oP

Well, there's one guy who's really into double entendres, but otherwise it should be okay. I'm just worried that we won't be able to sustain an interest in our topic for almost 10 weeks.

BUT, that said, I think shall be linking to a video of Monty Python's Cheese Shop sketch in an entry at some point. I'm kind of excited about that :D

Hmm, ten weeks. You'll go through a lot of varieties of cheese. Watch out for that one guy though. He could be tricky.

asfgj I seize any opportunity to discuss Monty Python in an academic setting. Or any setting, really.

Cheese is the best thing ever. I actually go to the cheese section in the grocery store, and I pay about $14 for cheese, even if it's a minuscule piece...yes, I'm one of those people. This sounds like a great idea, and I need to see the finished product!

Haha, that's hilarious. If you have the chance, I would be most grateful if you were to recommend certain varieties. Everyone in my group is pretty clueless about our chosen topic; we only decided upon it because it would mean that everyone would be on a level playing field, so to speak.

The first thing that comes to mind is Buffy - "I do not wear the cheese. The cheese wears me."

So, is it you guys, trying to advertise cheese on a blog? There are so many directions that you could take this.

It's unusual, that's for sure. I like your style.

It was either cheese or cars, but I told the two guys in my group that if we were to do the latter, I wouldn't have anything to contribute because I know absolutely nothing about automobiles, so cheese it is.
