Good Morning,

We are looking for a couple of interns for the Art Dept of the Veronica Mars (!!!!) TV show. The Studios are located here in San Diego near the Montgomery field area. I know, I could not be any more saddened by the fact that I won't even have a shot at the internship because I won't be here in San Diego over the summer.

I'm an art major, and so the department at my school sends out mass emails to everyone in the major regarding shows, internships, and other opportunities that are open.

Ack! That's crazy, that sucks you won't be in SD :/ Do you ever extra on the show or anything? I really want to next year, I always hear about people that go to school down in SD being extras. Lucky!

I've never been an extra, sadly. Where they shoot on my campus is the complete opposite of where my dorm is, and of course it's not going to be widely announced when it is they are going to be shooting, so I always find out about it too late. The cast did come for a dvd release party last October, however, and I got to meet and talk to Rob Thomas for a while. That made my month :D
