I was hanging out at Jennifer's the other day when Florencia, one of her roommates, played "Sway" by the Perishers off of her laptop. She announced to everyone that at the very least I would know what the song was, only I had no idea (apparently I was more focused on Veronica/Logan dancing in Plan B more so than the song that was playing).

Sure, I'll make sure to use the flash, which would blind him long enough so that he could not conduct his lecture for the day, and all of the students will praise me for allowing their weekends to start early.

LOL! You sound a lot like me. I have these moments where I have no memory at all of doing such things. I actually don't even know what Sway sounds like. I kinda blocked it out while watching the ep. Not because I don't ship LoVe. It just didn't.. stick. Heh.

CONGRATS TO MAGGIE & PETER! I did know about them thanks to you, but this is so cute. They make an awesome couple and I can't believe Jake is gonna be an uncle. Heeeee! Yay for picspam to come. :D

Hot professors are hard to come by. Especially when they are either really old, or a really pretty young girl. If I was a lesbian, maybe it would be great! lol.

I certainly remember VM night (only one of the best nights ever thanks to RT!) and watching the Perishers perform, but none of their songs stuck with me, unfortunately. When Florencia asked me what I thought it was, I said that it reminded me of Coldplay, hee. I'm so not with the scene anymore.

When I heard the news, I did a little hop/skip thing in my room. I'm such a nerd! Also, is it weird to want to be part of their family?

Apparently this professor is so hot that it made one guy Kimberly knows say, "I'm not gay or anything, but he is really hot. I think I might have trouble concentrating in class because of it." With testimony like that, you can't help but be curious!

Everyone's music sounds like Coldplay. Well, except a few but you know what I mean. ;) Yeah, I like the Perishers, but their music doesn't stand out as much as it should. I mean, I don't even feel the need to download the song to listen to it again because I can't remember how it sounds.

Of course not! Who wouldn't want to be part of the family that is so pretty and talented in everything they do? I'm not sure about this Peter guy cuz I've only seen him in Jarhead and that other war movie he was in that I can't remember right now, but I'm sure he is just as great!

WOAH. That... is something to be curious about! Like Gina said, pictures are in need for those of us who won't be able to see him in the flesh.

I know I was entertained during the Perishers' performance, but I didn't feel an urge to go out and actively seek their music. Maybe I should have picked up one of those free cds they were offering afterwards, hah.

Is it possible to be an adopted cousin? I would totally be up for that, hah. Wow, Yueni, have you not seen Garden State? I think that's where most people saw him first, myself included. Peter's really fabulous in everything he does, which is why one of these days I will take the time to watch The Skeleton Key, even though I'm not much of a horror film fan.

Aw, thanks! I've been on a bit of a roll lately, especially with Gyllenhaal-related stuff. It's a good thing LJ came out with that loyalty pics feature, because I'm going to need all of the slots I can get for these new icons I'm cranking out!
