I passed my glucose tolerance test! Yippee! I was really doubting that I would pass this. It sounds like I barely passed it but who cares?! As long as I don't have to deal with that restrictive diet...I am happy! I have to take iron supplements but I'm not anemic...I tried to ask the nurse about that but she...didn't know. Just got back a little while ago from the test. I am so tired that I can barely keep my eyes open. I can only assume it's because I have crashed big time from that revolting bottle o sugar and the fact that they drew blood 4 times in 3 hours. Time for a nap!

Today was Tessa's first day of going to all of her classes. I was so glad to get an excited phone call from her when she got out of school today. She was little down yesterday because so many of the girls knew each other from jr. high school and she knew no one. She is the only student from her school that's going to St. Lucy's. Tessa started high school today...I was weepy. I didn't think I would and then I gave her a hug (translation....made her give me a hug) and when she walked away I got really weepy.
