we live about a block and a half away from the beginning of the Angeles Forest. We get it all up here. wild life, Santaria ritualists, tarantulas and more...It's what we have to put up with for such a wonderful quiet neighborhood and community. Did I mention the bear that got into our trash cans in our backyard last week? We're assuming that the deer leg is from the mt. lion that's been seen around lately.

there seems to be enough time that all bugs have lefts the carcass ( that's what they do when the host dies) but just in case..... use gloves or newspaper you can throw away when you pick it up.

You two probably know this allready.. but I sayin it just in case.
