blood pressure and glucose numbers

Numbers don't lie. So I have a home test blood sugar testing kit (really reasonable, you can get the cheapest kit for 40-50 bucks at randalls). Get one if you don't have one. It tells you how your body reacts to sugar and meals you eat ( Read more... )

My blood pressure has never returned to where it used to be pre-pregnancy, but I don't do cardiovascular workouts anymore since I have too much with aerials, hooping, and flexibility workouts. It makes me a little sad that I'll probably never be sub-100s on a regular basis again, though. It was just a cool little thing to have such a strong system.

I don't understand your blood sugar numbers at all! Is it normal to have such a large difference between the times you took it?

Yeah I have no idea why the second number went up! Since it was about 40 mins later and I hadn't eaten.
It's the highest I've seen so I am definitely keeping an eye on it.
