Man I have a couple posts I need to make, need to talk about Heavy Rain as well. Anyway, onward with the review.

Ok, mostly this is from this weekends episode, because I hated it. I know I'm one of a handful since everyone seems to love Amy and I don't, but I hated this episode. As Steph said, it was a wank fest, and I was annoyed. But I've been getting annoyed progressively this whole season and here's why.

Well we finally caught up with the last episodes of Doctor Who, and I'm underwhelmed. I would also have to say that Steven Moffat didn't end his Who season any better than any of Russell T. Davies season enders. Yes, Moffat's was HAPPIER, but otherwise it still left me going "WTF?" and pissed that everything was again wrapped up with a big ass ( Read more... )

Well this morning I got up and took the dog to get a groom. We had them check to see if she had any fleas since she's been scratching a lot more than usual lately. They called, she had no fleas, so that means she's having an allergic reaction to something. It's either her anxiety pills she has to take when it storms or it's her new food. We'll ( Read more... )

So it's finally officially summertime, and it came with with a flood (in someplaces literally). Also summertime means grilling out! So that means I'm learning my ways around a grill, and since I'm a beginner I got a beginner baby grill to start me off. So far I've successfully grilled turkey burgers...and that's it so far. Holy crap one week from today I'll be in an airplane (ok more than likely I'll be sitting and waiting at JFK for my connecting flight to arrive). I need to do some serious grocery shopping this weekend.
