Aaaarrrggghh, I have needed a better dental routine for a while now, bought some floss last week, ye know I still havn't rememberred to dig it out and use it.

If dentist says a $108 toothbrush will do the job, always makes me wonder, either he is trying to sell me something more expensive than the stores would sell it, or worse still, it will give him/her more work in some other manner, ye know, like Flouride in everything.

My dad uses some special prescription mouthwash for plaque problems. Maybe you can try something like that too? It has to be better than the nasty scraping at the dentist.
