Hi there! ;w; Thank you, I'm glad you like my iconsss ♥ as for how I make them, I use Photoshop CS~! I have a template picture of a 100x100 blank icon which I open up, and then I just mess around with the pictures I want to make icons out of until they look good, resize them to fit the icon, and paste them in. c:

outspoken kate has some good tutorials for messing with the colours on icons. :D Good luck with it if you do make some icons~!
