Thank goodness someone understands. It was the decades before that which were changing things. I mean, there might be a rap artist, but unfortunately I don't know enough about the genre at this present time to be able to say who inspired who.
Maybe I could say Jay-Z, though...seeing that every single remix ever these days is done with Jay-Z :P
