Project Komaeda Makes Everyone Uncomfortable and Possibly Sleeps With Them All

Avoiding the spoilery ones (probably won't get around to this game until February or March, curse video game hell), but the ones I can read are delightful. "Oh, Komaeda" indeed. He's just such a wonderful creeper. He and Fukawa deserve each other.

I now know a tiny bit more about Dangan Ronpa, having watched the abridged series on Youtube. This, unfortunately, still leaves me too ignorant to really comment. Especially when I'm sitting here thinking "THERE'S A GAME?" XD

I haven't seen the abridged series, but I suspect you won't yet have met Komaeda, as he only appears in the second game (which hasn't been made into an anime). Which is a bit of a shame, because Komaeda is a fascinating character.

If the abridged series intrigued you enough to want to check out the games (and you don't have a Vita to play them on), the first game has a fan translation with screenshots (and, for the later trials, subtitled videos), made before the game was officially localised. The official localisations were released under the names Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc and Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, if you're more interested in tracking those down. Or, of course, you may not want to pursue Dangan Ronpa at all! I'm just making assumptions because you seem to be enquiring about the games.

(I suppose you could watch the anime. But the games are better.)

Dangan Ronpa actually makes a helluva lot more sense to me now I know it was a video game first. As an anime, even just an abridged anime, it's pretty baffling.

Sometime when I'm not up to my eyeballs in coursework, I'll check it out. :D Thanks!
