I'd completely forgotten everything that happened in 'The Song Remains the Same'. On rewatch, I have no idea how I managed to forget, because that episode is everything I ever wanted. I think you're now moving into the realms of Supernatural that I've either forgotten or not seen yet. The last episode I remember clearly is the one that's all from Bobby's point of view. I have a feeling it was also my favourite episode, which may be why I remember it.

That episode was actually the last episode I'd seen before I started this rewatch! It was 'Weekend at Bobby's', the fourth episode of season six. (Poor, poor overworked Bobby.) I hadn't seen past it before I wrote this entry, but I am indeed beyond it now.
