I love Snake's pose, and his cutie mark. Does that mean his special talent is getting spotted? Not a great quality in someone who spends so much time sneaking around, Snake. (Snake's special talent is definitely getting spotted when I'm the one at the controller.)

Cloud's cutie mark is a fake, painted on to hide the fact that he's a blankflank.

Yes. This is an absolute fact.

The gunarm makes even less sense as a gunleg. I hope the barrels are retractable.

It's a Bubble wearing a captain's hat. Since I'm Captain LeBubbles? It might be a little clearer in my icon. *points*

Well, naturally it's for impalement. It's also handy to magically set fire to monasteries.

Charles II is a winged unicorn, because he's a King. He's useless at flying and doing magic, though.

And I was half tempted to have Watson's cutie mark be Sherlock

Hee! It would be very weird to meet the pony depicted in your cutie mark for the first time.

Bless him, he looks so sad! I've always thought of Watson as an earth pony, but the idea of him as a broken-horned unicorn is a really interesting one.

Thank you! I tried to make him look sad mostly because of the loss of his magic and, in a way, a sense of purpose. And I would have made him an earth pony, but, as he was a doctor AND in the army, I'd find it hard to imagine him wielding a weapon WITHOUT the aid of magic. But that's just me.

Cutie marks are the most difficult things in the world to come up with, oh my gosh.

You might have seen this one before, but now they have marks! ... Rana and Hisi I'm still blanking on, but whatever. Ki and Ayarei.

Quistis? Don't ask me why she's blue, I don't know. (Her mark is supposed to be some sort of Blue Magic thing, 'cause I couldn't come up with anything else.)

And to celebrate the upcoming PS3 re-release, here's this guy. And both his alter egos (and with wings). (I went back and forth on the unicorn-or-not thing for a while, still not sure I went with the right one.)

The Dark Jak pony is really, really cool. I like all of these (Ki looks so happy! Quistis is adorable!), but Dark Jak really stood out for me.
