Statue Of Your Mom.

I have now completed Uncharted 2! I think possibly my favourite part of the game, save the perfect opening and ending scenes, is the bit where Nathan and Flynn are working together and just snipe at each other the entire time. Hee!

I did come to like Chloe, in the end, which pleased me. I like her the most when she's with Elena. Then again, I also ( Read more... )

THE ENDING~! I was so unspoilered for that, and I don't think I breathed throughout that whole IS SHE DEAD?! cutscene, lol. Most tense moment or MOST TENSE MOMENT?!

I thought you could do something with the sheeples on XIII? Couldn't you like... get wool off them or something? o.O

I'd been sort-of spoiled, in that I knew Elena was in the third game and was therefore unlikely to die in the second, but I was still distressed!

You can indeed yank a tuft of fluffy wool from the sheep, but I would much rather be able to hug them. I suppose Lightning isn't really the sheep-hugging type.

Hnnnnngh the third gaaaame. It is sat on our shelf downstairs, looking sexy in its special edition glory, but I cannot play it until I've finished inFamous (and possibly inFamous 2). Damn me and my arbitrary gaming limitations!

Ahah, I thought you could! It seems to me that they should have put in an option for players using Vanille as the party leader to be able to hug a sheep. And also probably do a happy little dance with it. :D I think it would have improved the game immeasurably.

ALTHOUGH I noticed once, while jaunting on a Chocobo, that if you leave them stood there, they pet the Chocobos quite adorably. It made me squee, heh.

aaahhh, I finished watching Uncharted 1 + 2 as well :D

The ending was hilarious, and Elena & Drake are my favourite characters in the game ♥ Also, asdfghjk, you can pet yaks??? :D

I'm gonna assume they used that song because it's popular (I can't think of any other reason as it's not a very... charitable song)? I personally can't stand the song, though - I find most things which are popular, music wise, to everybody else are things which quickly irk me.

I was really distressed when I looked at the achievements list and saw there was one for petting all the yaks in the village, because I had not realised it was possible to pet the yaks and by then the village was under attack. Thank goodness for the chapter select function. If you go up to them and press Triangle, Nathan pats them on the side and asks them how they're doing. Also, I didn't realise this until just now (I was trying to find a video of the yak-petting), but you can also make Nathan stand near the yak's backside and regret it.

Nathan~, you are such a sweetie pie! I just love the thought of him doing this with a lot of domesticated wildlife. Just rushing over to a puppy (after the obligatory jump in a pool of water), and being all like 'hey, how's things?'

Elena Fisher is one of the best female characters ever. I cheered when she punched Lazarevic. And her romance with Nate is so adorable! I want them to live happily ever after and still be treasure hunting well into their sixties, only it's slower paced now and Nate doesn't do so much climbing, and honestly it's more 'sightseeing holiday' than 'treasure hunt' but they still visit old temples and hold each other's hands as they climb up.

Errrrrmmmm... because the people that make these ads aren't as in touch with the 'youth' as they like to think they are?

The punch was such a great moment. She is delightful! And so is your vision of their future, oh my God, my heart.

I have no idea why I didn't friend you years ago. You're my favourite. ♥

(That little exchange! Perfect!)

I would also be disappointed at the lack of appropriately bloodied acting to go along with looking all bloody! For- entirely not bad-person reasons as well.

Oh, thank goodness I'm not the only one.

I did find myself feeling a bit unwell after long play sessions, actually. It's a problem I've had for a while with games that involve a lot of swooshy camerawork and jumping around (or general movement everywhere; We ♥ Katamari made me feel awful). I suppose I just have to pace myself.

I'm very pleased that she's serving you well! I'll have to try training a Petilil at some point; they're adorable.

I too am raising a Lilligant! *fellow Lilligant raisers brohoof* Mine has inner focus, so my favorite thing is taking her to an area with a lot of Pokemon that like to use Swagger and then just laugh as they boost her attack with no negative side effects. (Because I'm a dick apparently.)

The first thing I did upon beating the game was purchase the 'Dirty and Beat-Up' character model for Drake, so he can be covered in blood whenever I please. Although I do also love his winter jacket. Mildly saddened to find that the character model on its own doesn't cause him to stagger around in obvious pain.

I am going to giggle forever about this!

The second thing I did was load up the 'Where Am I?' chapter and pet the hell out of some yaks. (Forget every other criticism levelled at it: the worst thing about Final Fantasy XIII was the fact that it wasn't possible to cuddle the little round sheepy things.

You are utterly adorable.

STOP GIGGLING; I AM A COMPLETELY NORMAL PERSON.

If you like adorable things, the final scene of Uncharted 2 was amazingly cute.

You left normal behind when you write Top Gear zombie slashfic.

That is very cute! Not as cute as picturing you in a crowd of yaks petting everything, but very few things are that cute.

I personally think normal was left in the dust at the point she started adding Pokemon to things.

But that's just me.
