'Political Nuclear Bunker' Just Doesn't Work.

Am I going to keep doing this meme until I have covered all 3,741 possible combinations? Probably not. But I can give it a really good try.

- Write a list of characters and number them.
- Input the number of characters into this random number generator as the maximum and generate two numbers ( Read more... )

celebrity plague train, derren brown, politics, crossovers, merlin, weird pairings, pokémon, scrubs, university, death note, programmes from riona's mind, someone should probably write that, supernatural, final fantasy, final fantasy x, harry potter, life on mars, final fantasy viii, stargate sg-1, kingdom hearts

Dr Cox is frequently excessively hard on O'Neill.

I honestly read this as 'Dr Cox frequently has an excessive hard-on for O'Neill' )8

MERLIN IS HIT BY A CART AND WAKES UP IN 1973.

MAYBE MY FAVOURITE POTENTIAL FIC SUMMARY EVER?

I too have failed to come up with a title for your reality TV show, though I hope you do eventually.

I would be surprised were Dr Cox to be sexually interested in Jack O'Neill, but who knows?

I did quite enjoy writing that potential fic summary, I have to admit. Were it ever to turn up on an actual fic, I would click immediately.

SPACE INVADER. Because the politicians are all stuck literally in each others' space in this bunker of yours and also they uh... invade places. Also Space Invader is probably already copyright.

This game is hard. :(

We can use Space Invader for the show in which politicians are in an underground bunker because aliens are raining pixels upon the Earth.

I look forward to the episode of Dragons' Den in which you propose that show.

L: *grunts*
Light: *grunts*

Random Man in Crowd A: Are these two really not even gay? Who are they anyway?
Random Man in Crowd B: I think their names are Light Yagami and Hideki Ryuga. These are the same two guys who scored perfect on the exam.

L (thinks): Relax Light. While it's true that Kira would hate to be below, it's also true that most straight men who've randomly been 'challenged' to gay sex by a weird detective guy would prefer to be on top.

Light does some gay sex thing analogous to returning the ball that I don't want to specify. In fact, I've dug myself a hole, and am going to stop here.

This was an unexpected comment, but an appreciated one. L's methods are slightly unusual; I wouldn't entirely put this past him.

(And now I'm just trying to work out what would be analogous to returning the ball. It is an interesting mental exercise.)

To be honest, it took me by surprise too. You see, it was meant to be a Garry/L pairing with actual pairing, but at some point whilst digging up a copy of the tennis match to transcribe, I seem to have forgotten about the Garry part, and just written some Gay Death Note Tennis Sex. I have honestly never read a post, seen a reference to Death Note characters and thought 'well, there's my prompt for unsolicited Gay Death Note Tennis Sex'.

And they would continually be picking up / rolling over the other such that they ended up on top instead of bouncing a ball back and forth.

On the one hand, I am sorry you also suffered travel troubles! On the other, I have to confess that I am sort of glad I wasn't the only one. Obviously I am going to have to set off at half past seven at the latest on future Mondays. What fun.

If you're still in the house you were in last year, I am actually extremely nearby!

ah, the joys of university buses. I sympathise. When I went to uni the buses would frequently drive past my stop (quite often still with space on them) or else for no good reason would stop about 200 metres up the road (before the stop) and pick up a few people from the very end of the queue who had been waiting no more than 5 minutes while I and a load of other people actually at the stop had been waiting over an hour (including once in the snow).

"MERLIN IS HIT BY A CART AND WAKES UP IN 1973"
This so needs to be made into a real series

Ah, buses. I'm glad they exist, but the system could certainly be improved.

Less easy to improve is the concept of Merlin on Mars, which I would watch constantly were it actually a series.
