Balthier would very much enjoy watching Vaan struggling to work out what has happened.

I would really like to watch Balthier and Fran in each other's bodies. Fran with Balthier's body language would be great.

At first I thought you had said 'Boy Meets World' and was about to go "But I grew up with that show!" and then you said the premise so I looked again. Alas! I fear I am doomed to be the only one to ever remember that show. *sad Bubbles is sad*

Anyway!

I would like to see Sabine and Jeremy swap bodies. Possibly it is the Stig's fault.

Also, Spock and Dr. McCoy, because they hate each other so much and they are such best friends that it will be amazing. They would hate it so much. And Kirk would be so confused! He would know something was off about them, but he wouldn't be able to figure out what! Of course, Chekov would work it out immediately. "Oh, our doctor and first officer are acting like each other. They must have switched bodies." No one would believe him. They may even try to have him commited! There may even be an awkward point where suddenly Nurse Chapel likes McCoy and not Spock and she would be horrified.

(Actually, Star Trek has numerous canon bodyswap episodes, now I think of it...)

Good luck finding it! I do love the '...this is basically fanfiction. It is fanfiction, and it is right there on the screen' feeling. It's half the reason I watch Torchwood.

This reminds me a bit of the bodyswap episode of Farscape (if you haven't seen it, it's good, dark, and made almost entirely of crack). And the whole "Of course I looked. I'm a guy!" bit that Claudia Black nailed.

But yes. And also Gene Hunt in a woman's body getting harassed, punching everyone who looks at him crosswise, and having his nearest-thing-to-proper-empathy moment where he's all "This is hard! People keep getting rude, and your knuckles bruise way too easily! Plus, your arms are too skinny to knock them senseless unless you hit them three or four times!" Knowing Gene, he'd probably buy her brass knuckles when she was in her proper body and carry on as usual.

*flail* I dunno if you saw it, but I left a rec sort of to that effect in the last post. Although Merlin doesn't realize how crap he is at playing the role of dutiful son and all, but still. Also, I think oxoniensis wrote something like that, too? Or maybe linked to it?

- Katara and Toph could be an interesting bodyswap. Toph would have working eyes, but she wouldn't have Earthbending, and she'd know which she prefers. "You can't even see what's behind you! How do you people cope?"

Toph and anybody, man. Toph and Sokka! Sokka would be like "WTF IS THIS BENDING ALSO I CAN'T SEE" and accidentally fling rocks at people when trying to learn how she does it. Or, jeez, really, Sokka and anybody, too. Sokka and Zuko. Zuko would make aggressive hand-motions and then nothing would happen and Sokka would complain

Or just Jayne and River. Or maybe Jayne and Kaylee, but also River and Zoe? River could be even more destructive and Jayne would be upset about being a girl and small.

River and practically anyone would be awesome. Everyone would have a hard time working out if she'd noticed she was bodyswapped or not. And I could see Simon being super-protective if there was a guy in her body, being all "Okay, you can shower, but...don't look at anything, and don't touch anything!"

Plus, there's the whole question if the bad brain stuff means whoever got bodyswapped with her was crazy and/or psychic, or if that worked with the mind?
