Being slightly behind, I've just watched the first episode of the fifth season of House (I keep thinking it's the fourth season, possibly because I have erased Season Three from my mental continuity), and House is amazing! How could I have forgotten?
My Probably Not Technically One True Pairing for House continues to be everyone/everyone else. I

When I say something like 'I could say "wtf spoilers", but I won't because you haven't really spoiled me', what I mean is 'you're talking about future episodes and the possibility that you might spoil me is making me uncomfortable'. Which I should probably outright say instead, because saying 'please don't spoil me' in code is not a good way to avoid spoilers. As I said, you haven't actually spoiled me yet.
Unless Wilson's leg was crushed by a rampaging dinosaur, because I can honestly say I'd never have seen that coming otherwise.

And if the ending hadn't broken my heart so much, I probably wouldn't point out all the moral questions it asks, like the way the villain was actually very rightminded, in wanting to fix humanity in his own special way, the hero was a jerk who was doing good things but for the wrong reasons, and badly, and the girl was trying to be good, but she was so misled and blinded by the black-and-white that she didn't realize how horribly mixed up everything was. But it broke my heart, so I do mention it.

Okay, this may be the most upsetting AU in the history of Supernatural fandom. Although trying to picture Dean Winchester in therapy is hilarious.
"How does that make you feel?"
"Seriously, if you don't stop talking like a chick flick, I am going to have to exorcise you just in case."
"Exorcise? Do you think I'm possessed by demons?"
"...no. I said exercise! I figure a few dozen laps around the track and you'll stop talking like a freaking Lifetime movie!"
"Do you often use physical activity as a distraction from emotions?"
"Shut up!"

He'd end up with some doormat therapist who'd only ask "What do you want to talk about?", and he'd spend the entire session going off about how awesome the Impala is. Then call Sam and go "Hey, I got therapy! Can we go on a roadtrip now?"

(The biggest problem with Wilson is that he's not self-aware. When House is a dick (i.e. all the time), he knows what a dick he is. Wilson always believes himself to be a good person.)
