So, Callie's 90% sure she's going to COD after this upcoming quarter. YAY! She'll get to have fun with Fritz and the others. However, she's going to have to move out of student housing when she does transfer. I graduate in less than a week, so no more school for me, just work ( Read more... )

Me and Callie's lease won't end until June. And I know a place that will help up find a place to live in our range but I'm not sure if they do townhouses. I'll have to go check with them. But Callie's told me to wait until we hear from Fritz and Circa on what they think of this.

Well we're going to be looking for a place in January, so that might be a bit early for ya, and we have Jake joining us as well, but hey, maybe we can get apts in the same complex or something ^^?

Also, I can do you a ref sheet, just give me a little time to clear my desk xD

I'd be ready to move in whenever you all would be ready. I was only considering April for Nyx and Jess. And if you'd like, If you need an extra roommate, I'm available, and I'll be working 40hrs Mon-Fri starting next week. Only problem is it's about 40 mins away from COD (SE, out in Burr Ridge).

Looking at 3 BR 2 bath or a 3 flat. All are just under $1200/mo. I'd have everything ready, including security deposit after Christmas. Would you, Circa, & Jake have everything situated by then?
