I tried doing the FitTest a while ago...and IT was hard. I was able to bust out an early morning workout -- thanks in LARGE part to you! -- and now I'm trying to cope with being super duper oh my god hungry even though I've been eating really well (and, okay, not so well) all day. How's your eating going?

This workout is seriously kicking my A$$ but I am determined. I actually turned down a glass of wine yesterday AND a can of beer today. <=and you know I love my liquid sin.
And how was I able to help you with morning workout? I FEEL HONORED I could help in anyway. THANK YOU! I can complete relate to t he hunger... which is why I keep slipping. I've tried to eat well and I found a really good system to make sure I don't screw up. But if I don't buy groceries on Sunday and prepare for the week--it's a free for all for the rest of the week.
